Every Talisman piece is crafted using authentic Springbok hide and carefully selected materials. Because each hide carries its own natural markings, textures, and characteristics, every bag is naturally unique.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging and accompanying materials
- Be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns requested outside of the return period may not be accepted.
Natural Characteristics
Springbok hide is a natural material, and variations in pattern, colour, texture, markings, and hair direction are part of its distinctive character.
These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
The individuality of each hide is what makes every Talisman piece one of a kind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will review the matter and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is damaged or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Talisman cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of every Springbok hide, exchanges are subject to product availability and may not be identical to the original item purchased.
Exchange requests are reviewed individually.
